This quantitative automatic packaging machine is suitable for quantitative packaging of powder and granular materials in ton bags, which is used by a large number of domestic manufacturers of titanium dioxide, silicon carbide, ferromolybdenum powder and other high value-added materials. After the packing is finished, the moving device will move to the side of the weighing body and then forked away by the forklift before the next bag packing, avoiding the forklift from ramming into the packing unit and damaging the weighing instrument in the process of forking the bag.

1、Diverse feeding methods, self-flow, spiral, feeder, belt and other ways of feeding can be selected to meet the packaging requirements of different materials.
2、Clip bag and unhook function: after the packing is finished, the clip bag and unhook will be opened automatically.
3、High packing precision, with finished product output device, avoiding forklift from ramming into the packing unit and damaging the weighing instrument in the process of forking bags.
4、Over-difference alarm function: if the packing weight is no longer within the set error allowance, output alarm indication.
5. Automatic correction function of falling difference: with the change of how much material in the bin, the advance is automatically corrected to make the packing accuracy more stable.
6、Automatic/manual function: It can continuously pack in automatic state, and also can use manual function for point-action packing.
7、Finished product counting function: it can record the number of finished products packed in each shift or each day.
8、Convenient function expansion, you can add functions such as rechecking, full stack shaping, code spraying, dust removal, etc.
