This machine allows for six-sided shaping of the finished pallets. It can effectively discharge the gas from the bags, reducing storage and transport costs, while making the whole stack full and neat.
The pallet enters the shaper automatically, and after the photoelectric positioning, the shaper entry door is lowered and the pallet is shaped on six sides by means of the shaper pusher plates set at the top, front, back, left and right, as well as the lower support pusher plate, the output door is raised and the pallet is output. Thanks to the six-sided shaping, the pallets are not skewed and the dimensions of the pallets are regular, making it easier to wind the pallets and to enter the three-dimensional warehouse.
