Valve bag automatic bag loading system includes automatic bag magazine, bag loading robot, double check sealing device, etc. It automatically completes the loading of valve mouth bags to valve mouth packaging machine. When the bags in the area are used up, the automatic bag magazine transports the next stack of bags to the picking area. When the bags in the bag magazine are detected to be running out, the automatic alarm will remind the site staff to replenish the bags.
The upper bag robot will automatically pick up, open the mouth and sleeve the bags, and when the previous bag is being packed, the upper bag robot will pick up and open the mouth of the next bag and wait.
After the packing is finished, the package is pushed to the sealing machine by the push bag system, and the small mouth heat seal is performed automatically.
The control system is responsible for interlocking the equipment of each unit for control, with perfect fault protection and chain stop function with upstream and downstream, using PLC automatic control, with the following functions.
