2, the vacuum pump oil level should be regularly checked, regularly added to keep the oil level in the oil window 1/2 to 3/4 position; vacuum pump using imported No. 30 automotive oil or vacuum 0 pump special oil.
3、When you observe that the oil in the pump becomes black or white, there are water droplets in the oil, or the viscosity is large, it proves that the oil has been polluted, and the oil should be replaced immediately. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be replaced once every 1-2 months of continuous work.
4、Models with water removal devices should be drained from the drainage pipe at the rear of the equipment on a regular basis according to the moisture of the packaged material, and then put on the pipe plug after draining, generally the moisture will be automatically decomposed and does not need to be discharged.
