This machine was invented by us through years of researches and tests and absorption of world’s most advanced manufacturing technology of packaging, which is one of the world’s advanced intelligent and environmental-friendly quantitative packaging machine. It adopts the vacuum suction technology(Patent NO. ZL200520075392.4) that suck the ultra-light fine powder materials with high gas content into the valve bags with gas permeability, which could suck the materials into the bags, as well as suck out the gas. By this way, it could meet the need desirable density of packaging and save 30%-70% packaging space, compared with manually packaging. Meanwhile, it avoids the dust pollution and improves the packaging speeds with lower cost of delivering and storing. This machine also solves the problem of valve quantitative packaging for ultra-light fine powder materials.

3. The vacuum system adopts the water-cycling vacuum pump with less noise, and vacuum storage tank can make the vacuum pressure more reliable.
4. Adopting the three imported s-shape gravity-operated sensors and weighing control instrument.
5. With automatic error correction:The quantity of materials in advance will be corrected according to the change of the quantity of the materials in stock,which makes the precision of packaging more reliable.
6. Automatic/Manual functions:it can package continuously at the automatic condition,and also can package dynamically with manual function.
7. Finished products counting function:It can record the quantity of the finished products in each shift or each day.
8. The main components are all imported from Japan with reliable running and lower failure rate.
