This machine applies to the valve bag packaging for all the powder and particle materials whose S.G is equal to or over 0.2T/m3, as well as the ultra-light fine powder with high air content and granular powder.

1. Adopting the screw speed-changing feeding and solving the conflict between packaging precision and packaging speed.
2. Adopting the vibration and measuring integration, which solves the packaging problem of sticky materials and reduces the packaging area, as well as saving the packaging cost.
3. With new discharging device. On one hand, it effectively seal the inner and outer bags, which ensures the precision；On the other hand, The inner gas blow equipment and closing device inside the discharging hole ensures no fallen materials left in the discharging hole to make clean production possible.
4.Adopting new vibrating stock bin, which can pre-process the materials before packaging and improve the speed and precision of packaging.
5.Automatic/Manual functions:it can package continuously at the automatic condition,and also can package dynamically with manual function.
6.With automatic fallerror correction:The quantity of materials in advance will be corrected according to the change of the quantity of the materials in stock,which makes the precision of packaging more reliable.
7. Finished products counting function:It can record the quantity of the finished products in each shift or each day.
8. The main components are all imported from Japan with reliable running and lower failure rate.
9.Adding the detection of materials level. When the material level in the buffer vibrating store is low, it will alarm automatically and avoid the packaging of next bag to reduce the weighing error caused by the change of materials.
